Keene Valley Neighborhood House ("KVNH," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit assisted living residence in Keene Valley, New York. Residents, families, donors, and neighbors trust us with personal information, and we take that seriously. We collect this information when you: submit a lead form served through a Google Ads or Facebook (Meta) advertisement; fill out a contact or inquiry form on kvnh.org; sign up for our email newsletter or mailing list; make a donation or express interest in supporting KVNH; call, email, or write to us; or complete a financial assistance or application form.

Information collected automatically may include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit on kvnh.org, and the site or ad that referred you. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Health information you share with us in an inquiry is used only to respond to you and evaluate whether our residence can meet the care needs described. Medical records of current residents are governed by our resident privacy practices and applicable health privacy laws, not by this website policy.

We advertise on Google and on Facebook and Instagram (Meta). When you submit a lead form inside one of those ads, the platform collects your responses and passes them to us, and the platform's own privacy policy also applies to that submission. We use Google Ads and Meta advertising tools, and website analytics, to measure how our ads perform and to show ads to people who may be interested in our services. These tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers. We do not provide these platforms with information for them to sell or use for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We and our providers use them to keep the website working properly, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure advertising results. Children's Privacy

Our website and advertising are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
